Handling roles in Delivery, Business Development, and Operations for multiple countries gave Radhesh the required exposure and laid a perfect foundation stone for starting a world-class consulting organization competing with the likes of Big-4 and Global IT organizations. For over a decade, Radhesh provided world-class solutions to Fortune 100 companies in the areas of Finance, Human Capital Management, and Supply Chain integrated with 3PL solution providers. He has vast experience working with Big-4 Consulting firms and multinationals in the US, Japan, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and India. He is a specialist in Oracle Technologies and also a senior instructor with Oracle University helping the organizations to embark on their Digital journey. Radhesh is the visionary behind Emicon’s operations and strategies.

Pooja is a Master in Polymers from Punjab University and a Gold Medalist. She pursued her interest in the field of Information technology starting with areas of Testing and gradually moving to IT transformation consulting using SAP and Oracle. She founded Emicon along with Radhesh in 2012 and has been taking care of HR and Operations within the organization. She is a people’s leader and works for their enablement and empowerment. She has strong leadership and negotiation skills empowering her to tackle any challenges thrown at her.

Akhtar Hussain is the VP, ERP Consulting at Emicon with a sophisticated career trail of 10+ years with Emicon itself. Akhtar manages the overall Human Relations at Emicon thereby creating productive workforce management. With extensive experience in the implementation and support of Oracle applications, Akhtar is Emicon’s core management pillar. Akhtar has an intricate understanding of the client’s requirements and implementation of their plans to enhance productivity. He is one of the key team members providing the necessary training to the Emicon staff to meet the Client’s needs. He is well equipped with administering all technical assistance requests thereby performing adequate quality assurance tests. Saket is the VP, Technology at Emicon with elite experience in Oracle Technical Integration and implementation. Saket also handles the overall ownership of the IT processes at Emicon. He instrumentally drives the learning of new skills through Emicon’s ‘Centre of Excellence’. Saket is a Technical expert ensuring the delivery of the project assignments within the agreed timelines. He has deep knowledge of Oracle applications, architecture, and databases. He can convert the Client’s needs into technical solutions along with managing internal and external stakeholders. He drives the network designs with hands-on development and deployment thereby covering the performance and security concerns. Saket’s solutions and implementations increase loyalty and customer retention for Emicon’s onshore and offshore clients.

Nitish is an integral member of the Senior Management with expertise in handling multi-faceted teams and Emicon’s diverse workforce. He plays a vital role in handling the Human resources functions at Emicon. Nitish has more than 9 years of experience in Oracle HRMS Functional and Technical Modules. Nitish has a strong command of the tools with which Oracle Applications are built. Nitish can code and analyze software applications and programs throughout the production lifecycle. Nitish can handle cross-functional teams to deliver the best output to Emicon’s valuable clients. He has Oracle EBS experience with Global Function Development and Automation. He is also an expert in writing and configuring Oracle EBS formulas and codes. Nitish consistently upskills in the Oracle Techno-Functional applications and is a core part of the Emicon family.

Amlan is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in HR technology and digital transformation. He specializes in enterprise HCM platforms including PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP Fieldglass, driving business-aligned and scalable solutions. Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, he consistently delivers impactful outcomes across organizations.
